Shaun King is a senior justice writer for New York Daily News and a prominent figure in the Black Lives Matter movement. King has written extensively about the Black Lives Matter movement, covering discrimination, police brutality, the prison industrial complex and social justice in the wake of violence in New York, Baltimore, Cleveland, Ferguson, Missouri, Charleston, South Carolina and other cities.

- Tickets can be reserved online but MUST be picked up from the TIC, Columbia's University Ticket Center in Lerner Hall. The TIC will be open the day of the event 5:30p.m. - 7:30p.m.
- Every person entering the event MUST have a ticket.
